🏥 Welcome to OPSEU Local 388

We are OPSEU/SEFPO Local 388, representing healthcare and community service workers at:

  • 🏥 Mackenzie Health – Richmond Hill Hospital & Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital
  • 💙 Addiction Services Central Ontario (ASCO) – mental health, addictions, case management, nursing, social work, peer support, and more

As members of OPSEU/SEFPO, we are part of a province-wide movement that fights for fair wages, safe workplaces, and the respect every worker deserves.

All employees in a unionized workplace pay dues. But here’s the key:

👉 If you haven’t signed your OPSEU membership form, you are considered a non-member.
That means:

  • ❌ You can’t vote in elections or ratifications
  • ❌ You don’t have full member rights
  • ❌ Your dues stay at OPSEU Head Office instead of supporting Local 388
